I am not receiving an incoming email alert that I have new web forms to print.  Been having this problem for over 1 month.

Hi Vicki,

Thanks for your post!  Do you have an example PO number (as it displays under the "ID" column in your WebForms account) that I could look into?  Also, what username are you logging in with, and what email address would you be expecting to receive these notifications to?

Best,
Joe

I reviewed the representative example you provided, and our Technical teams were able to confirm that the New Document notification emails are being generated by our system and delivered to your email provider, at which point they are being dropped.  Please follow the below steps, and when the next document thereafter posts to your WebForms Inbox, if you do not receive a New Document notification email to the address on file, please let me know and I will be happy to investigate.

Thank you and take care!

1. Add us to your address book - add the from address (niservices@spscommerce.com) to your address book or trusted senders list. This can go a long way.

2. Star or Mark as important - Marking previous 'New Document Notification' emails as starred or important is another way you can tell your mail providers that "Hey, I want messages".

3. IP Whitelist - Some Internet Service Providers or mail admins can add rules to always allow all incoming mail from specific IP addresses! Consider adding the following domains and IP Address to the Whitelist:
spscommerce.com
a>
email.spscommerce.com
spscommerce.net
IP Address 167.89.26.158

4. If you don't receive an email right away, please check your spam folder and mark 'not spam' - This is an often overlooked step that can save a lot of time and heartache for researching missing email notifications.

5. Try updating the allowed email content for messages coming into your email inbox - 'New Document Notification.' These emails contain long URL strings, Many email servers interpret long URL strings as spam/virus links. Make sure you allow email messages containing the exact phrases:
