No Autozone Orders via EDI

We have not received any orders from Autozone; however one of the DC's also faxes it to us so we know there should be orders.  They've advised they have had complaints from three other customers who use SPS.  Is there a problem with your system?  We did not receive any notification.  Also, when/if that problem is fixed, will we automatically get the orders?  We have no way of knowing who all has sent them in today.

We have had a few contacts today regarding a possible issue with the system.  We have been researching it and are currently in the process of working with our technology team to determine what the root of the delay is and how to fix it as quickly as possible.

I have created a case for you to be able to track this issue and reach out to an analyst directly for further updates.  You should be receiving an email notification from it and you can reply directly to that email for updates or refer back to case: 02371983 if you call in to the Customer Support department.

We hope to resolve this issue shortly as we understand the importance of this data and will update you once we have a better understanding of what is causing the data delay.

hello - i wondered if the issue was resolved? we have spoken to someone at SPS earlier today regarding Target orders not coming in yet. I was told it was on Target's end but is SPS also having an issue and thats could be why some of our other orders are coming through so slowly?? (or not at all? ) was hoping for an update regarding the issues. thank you!
