New WebForms Setup Email Not Received

We've created a new user on our Webforms portal but didn't get an initial email to set up the account.  We can't sign into the account or recover the password as there are no security questions set up.  How can we regenerate the welcome email or otherwise get this account set up?

Good morning Joe,

Thank you for posting to the Support Center!

Correct me if I am wrong but is the dilemma that you cannot login to your additional username on the account? Are you able to login with your admin username and password? If you are able to get logged in with your admin account but not able to get logged in with your additional username then please let me know and I can give you a call/email to sort that out. We would have to reset your password for that additional username and then I could walk you through setting up your User Security Profile. I will also include a link below to a short video walking you through the User Security Profile.

If you cannot get into your admin account either then we will need to schedule a call/email as well so that I can reset that information.

Admin account is fine as our the rest of our accounts.  We have created a new account on the portal, but never received the initial email.  We just need the new account we set up to be able to complete the profile set up, assign a password, assign security questions, etc.
