New Vendor - How do we set up WebForms?

Hello,

We are a new vendor for Costco and having difficulty setting up our WebForms account to access our Inbox - they have sent us a PO but I am not able to access it. Please advise.

Thank you for contacting the Support Center!

In regards to your inquiry, I have looked into your account and the Costco documents are not sent to your WebForms account like you other trading partner is set up to do. You underwent the testing and certification process and used SPS Commerce  as a 3rd party EDI provider to test your capabilities. As of now, these documents should be sending to your own EDI system vs a WebForms account.
