The new fulfillment interface is seriously frustrating to work with...the orders appear too large on the page and take up too much space so you can only view a few at a time vs. the full-page view we had in webforms. also, when working with these POs, if you click on a PO that is on any page other than the first page, you cannot click "back" to get to the same page/place you were originally working from! It takes you all the way back to the first page, first order. So frustrating and such a waste of time! SPS really needs to allow the option of using the old webforms until they get issues like this worked out.

Hello Amanda,

I'll make sure your comments get back to our development team for you.

Usually, when viewing orders, you should be able to see them in the same frame size as in WebForms! You may want to ensure that your browser's zoom feature is set to zoom out to allow you to see them properly!

For the back button, it should be taking you back to the document or page you were viewing before. I encourage you to contact our support team so that we can take a look at that for you! You will want to ensure you're using a recommended browser (Google Chrome is best), and you can contact us at (888) 739-3232, option 1, option 1.

Thank you,

i spoke with support regarding the back button and was told that "right now this is the way fulfillment works". Well, this is NOT working for me, and I would like to have someone provide a timeline for when this can be fixed. This is significantly increasing my work time and for the cost of these services that is unacceptable. Also, the change in web browser did not fix the viewing issue either.

I agree.  Let us stick to WebForms while they are working out the kinks!  My time spent processing POs, etc has increased with this weird interface.  YUCK!

Hi Amanda and Maggie,

I was involved in the conversation with the analyst you spoke to on the phone, and this issue is not a product issue to be resolved. When you change pages in Fulfillment, you are not changing browser pages, so when you click "Back," your browser will take you back to the last browser page you were on. If you'd like to move back a page, I recommend using the "Previous Page" arrow to stay on the browser page of your search results, but to move between search result pages.

You do not need to change browsers for the viewing issue. Rather, you can use the "Zoom Out" feature to adjust the settings on your browser to zoom out for you. You can also work within your computer's Control Panel to change your screen resolution if you'd like things to be smaller/larger.

Ultimately, all browsers but one are no longer supporting Java, which WebForms requires to run, which is why the product is shutting down permanently. With any further questions, please feel free to message support using the messenger icon in the lower right-hand corner of your account. We are available 8a-4p CST to help answer any questions you have, and to continue any discussion regarding the Fulfillment platform!

Thank you,

Allie, to be clear, the issue you say was discussed with the analyst is not the one I am trying to have resolved. My problem occurs when I open a PO from the list of transactions ( I have hundreds of pages of orders). After I am finished viewing the PO, what do you suggest that I do to get back to the transaction page I was viewing (for example, if the PO I clicked to view was on page 35)? At this time, the only option is to click the "back" button on my browser, which takes me back to page ONE of the transaction list, when I need to be at page THIRTY FIVE. Due to this issue, I must then click all the way to page 35 again, find the PO I was just looking at, and then click the next PO for viewing. This must be repeated for each and every PO I am viewing. I am sure you can understand the ridiculous amount of time that takes. This was not an issue with webforms. This issue needs to be addressed and updated for fulfillment.

The viewing issue cannot be fixed my adjusting my zoom on my browser. The spacing between orders on the transactions page is excessive and is not something I can adjust. This is a product issue that needs to be addressed. If the developers have any questions about the specifics, I would be happy to provide a screenshot analysis pointing out the issues.  Let me know!

It is important that the development team understands these problems because they need to be addressed and fixed. I hope that this is taken seriously and a solution is presented soon, because this is truly causing dissatisfaction with the services I am paying for. If there are not improvements soon, I will have to consider moving my business as this is negatively affecting productivity.

Hello Amanda,

In your browser, Page 1 is the same URL as page 35 in your Transactions Tab, which is why the Browser "back" button takes you back to page 1. We have included an option at the bottom of your transactions list to easily jump to any page without needing to click through to each one. I can assure you that all comments are passed along to our development team!

For viewing in the Transactions Tab, we do offer a "List View" that is more compressed than the Detail Tab. You can click the "Views" icon (it is two rectangles on top of each other, immediately to the left of the "Actions" button in the Search bar) to switch between views. My previous instructions were for viewing an order view page, not viewing a list of orders in the Transactions tab--I apologize!

Please feel free to contact us directly with any further concerns at support@spscommerce.com, or by using the messenger within your account.
