Hello, I'm trying to use the banner at the top of th epage to sign up for the new fulfillment center but it's not liking my setup apparently. in Internet Explorer it says to use IE 11 etc... I have IE 11 on both the computers but it's not detecting it. It's also not letting me complete the sign up in Chrome browser. I get to the 'Verify Your Email' portion and it' won't let me click?

Ben Sorry for the delay here!

Here is what I would recommend:

1. For internet Explorer, make sure that your compatibility view is not on.
2. For Chrome, ensure that no pop ups are being blocked. Most common issue with this is the link trying to open in a new window that is being blocked.

Glad you are trying to upgrade to Fulfillment! Keeping java up to date will help your forms load in a timely manner in WebForms, but I understand that the updates are frequent as we keep ours updated as well.

Hi Ryan, thanks for getting back to me.I got it working on the PC that was giving me problems thanks to your steps. It seems that we can only use the main email address as a login though? Can we create multiple logins for our company? thanks
