Need to Respond to Error Message from Lowe's

Received an Error Message from Lowes on 24 and 25 October regarding an ASN sent on 24 Oct at 4:10 PM. ASN TCN is 24290001 and GCN is 2429. ASN sent in fulfillment of PO 384779251 for Store #966. Error Message reads "PO-Store Not Found - Invalid Cross Dock". Please advise as to next step since it seems as though the Error Message is incorrect.

Hi Richard,

Thanks for your post!  I took a look at the PO, ASN, and Text Messages you received from Lowe's and am seeing that the store number matches the one they provided on their PO.  I also saw that you worked with one of our other analysts regarding this same issue so I think it would be best if we get in touch with Lowe's to determine why they are rejecting the data.  I will follow up with you outside of this thread.  Please let me know if you have any other questions.  Thanks!
Thanks, Fred. I got a notice from Lowe's this morning asking us to transmit a replacement ASN on short notice -- it needed to be received by 12:30 PM Eastern. We sent the replacement ASN with no changes (except the BSN01 element). I am assuming that they recognize that the original ASN should not have been rejected in their system.

Hopefully the replacement ASN will solve the problem. Thank you for your prompt help.
