Need to re-transmit ASN to Fortino's

Good Morning:

We seem to be having issues with transmission of ASNs to Fortino's.

P.O 4810350304 (Fortino's 78) was the first ASN to be sent out on Tuesday. I got confirmation from the EDI team by email that ASN was received on their end, but no 997 form.

I got a complaint today from our customer Fortino's 48 P.O 4810376587
that ASN was not received. EDI team can't see it on their end.

EDI team is asking me to re-submit ASN. I'm not quite sure how to do this without, maybe causing further conflict.

Also, 6 other ASNs were sent yesterday. None returned a 997 form.

Thank you for posting in the Support Center!

This is a pretty unique situation.  I have looked into it and tracked the data out to the VAN to see if we are transmitting successfully and also if we are receiving 997s back.

We are transmitting the data through successfully, but I'm not seeing any 997s back from the trading partner.  I'm not sure why they are not sending them, but they are receiving the 856s from our VAN.

I also re transmitted the ASN from PO: 4810376587.

I would advise reaching out to the trading partner, confirm that you verified that we are sending them successfully from our VAN, and ask them to check their system to determine if they have any records of sending the 997s, because it appears they are not.

If the problem continues, I would also advising calling or emailing in to the Support Team and they will open a case to track the issue until it is complete.
