my partner says they sent an order that was confirmed on the 14th. There is no order in the portal. We are confused.

Costco emailed with a complaint that they did not receive an order they sent and was confirmed on the 13th.  However, I see no Costco orders in the fulfillment section of the SPS portal.  I would like to know how I can make 100% sure we did not receive the order.  I am logged in as  I think it is our only account, and I should be able to see all trading partners.

Click on the advance search button on the fulfillment page. Then select the trading partner and select all dates and the select order on document type. Then click on search and the search will bring up all the orders in web forms.
