My asn was recent within a 4 minute time frame. Please advise because we are getting an error message causing delays in shipment

Hi Leah,

I am sorry to hear that you encountered an issue when sending an ASN. You should no longer run into this this issue, this was most likely a one off situation that was the result of increased Cyber Week traffic. If you would like to provide information on the ASN that was resent I can investigate to make sure that your document was delivered properly.  Please let me know if you continue to encounter this error and I can make sure that we get this addressed!
