My advance ship notice 8373 is not available to be invoiced. How can this be corrected?

I am with K-Flex USA.  My advance ship notice 8373 is not available to be invoiced.  How can this be corrected?

Thank you for posting! I have investigated your issue, and here is what I have determined. The invoice was not available off of the ASN from the Next Steps Arrow because the ASN had an error associated with it. This was able to be determined by seeing the red question mark icon in the status column of your sent folder.

I looked into the error and it originates from a brief hiccup that occurred due to the increased volume of documents flowing due to the upcoming holiday season. The hiccup has been addressed and your document has been re-transmitted. Now when you access the Next Steps Arrow you should see the Invoice as an option.

I looked at the rest of your sent documents and all have sent successfully to you trading partner.
