MISSING LINE FROM PO

TRYING TO INVOICE FOR LINE 2 ON PO# 4611920886. HOWEVER, IT DOES NOT GIVE ME THE ABILITY TO CREATE AN ASN OR INVOICE UNDER THAT PO. PARTIAL SHIPMENT OF 6 WAS PREVIOUSLY BILLED INV 2218361RI. I'M TRYING NOW TO BILL FOR THE REMAINING 1 ON LINE 2 TO COMPLETE THE ORDER.

Hey Cindy,

Thank you for posting in the Support Center! I was able to take a look at your account and it looks like there was a change sent on PO# 4611920886. You did accept the change, but the newly created PO was then archived. You will want to locate that newly created PO and from there you will be able to access the ASN and Invoice Option. Below are the steps on how to locate an archived document.


1. Select the Search button in the upper right of your inbox
2. Insert the PO number in the 'ID' Field
3. Change the Status search filed to 'Archived'
4. Select the Search Option

When you complete this search you should be able to locate the PO with a date of Februrary 24th. You are then able to unarchive the document so that it is viewable in your inbox.

1. Check the Status box to the far left of the PO
2. Select 'Unarchive' in the Select an Action Menu

You will now be able to send an ASN and an Invoice from the PO dated February 24th.
