Missing PO's

I can not find 5 of our POs, so I can not make the invoices. I tried the search option. Is there something else I am missing?

Good morning Mandy,

Thank you for contacting SPS Commerce Support Center!  These purchase orders have been archived by someone at your company.  The Archive function allows you to remove a document from your view in WebForms Fulfillment while still maintaining access to that document through the search function.  

To un-archive a document, enter the PO number in the "Search by Document ID" field located above your inbox and press 'Enter'.  It will state "No Documents Available", however, you will need to change the "Status" column to "Archived" and press 'Search' again.  

Once you can see the PO, click the "Status" box in the left, Status column.  From there, please click on "Select an Action" menu at the bottom of the account and select "Unarchive".
