Missing PO - Not in archived files

Hi,
We are missing PO 62767 from Peyton Southeast. I have checked our archived files and cannot find it anywhere. Can you please check to see if it is lost somewhere?

Good afternoon Simone,

Thank you for posting.  I, too, do not see that PO number within the final stages of our data center.  Do you mind providing me the date it was sent on?  This will allow me to do a more thorough search through our system.

Sorry for the delay here - I'm not sure where the day went.  I have searched out to our furthest point possible at this time (AS2, our connection method with Kroger only gives seven days of historical data), and was unsuccessful locating the PO in our system.  It would be best if Kroger is able to resend the PO as then we would be able to search out where our system communicates with theirs.  If they are unable to do so, we will want to get a 997 (acknowledgement) in which we may be able to search further.

Would you be able to reach out and ask they do this?

Hi Jordan,

The buyer has advised they cannot reissue this via EDI. Is this correct? They have provided a PDF version of the order but it does not look like what we receive through SPS.

Good morning Simone,

This is certainly possible, depending on how their system works.  Unfortunately, I still do not see the PO in our system.  A PDF version is a start, but is completely separate from EDI.  If they are not able to re-transmit, we will need a 997 (acknowledgement) from the particular order.  This verifies that it was indeed transmitted via EDI and that it left their system successfully. 

I am sorry to put you through all of this trouble.  Let me know if you receive any push-back and I can jump in when necessary.
