Missing PO after select Archived icon

We are missing PO# 4000333644 (Customer PO # NAYCBY) from Best Buy Exclusive Brand. I selected this PO in INBOX and clicked Archive icons, now I cannot find it anywhere. Can you please check and advise where that archived PO is located? I am totally new with this EDI system. Please help!

Thank you for posting in the Support Center!

Once a document is archived, it will not come up with the normal search function.  That way you will not have a cluttered search with unneeded documents.

However, if you have archived a document accidentally, and want to find it and unarchive it.  In the search function, change the status to archived (you may not see it at first and may need to scroll down as it is at the bottom of the list).  Then you should be able to put in the PO number and search for it.  It should come up and you can then select it, change the status to unarchived from the drop down menu at the bottom of the page, and it will then return to your inbox.

If this does not work, or you hit a roadblock along the way, I would recommend calling into the Support Team and they will be able to walk you through the process as well.
