Missing PO

We are missing a purchase order from our customer that was submitted on 2/19/15.  I have PO# BLNE5752.  We have run the search and had no results.  Can you help me?

Hello Melissa!

Thank you for contacting WebForms Fulfillment Support at SPS Commerce. If you are not able to find it by searching the standard inbox for that PO, then it probably is in your archived folder. You can search this by:

1. Clicking on the "Search" button located just below log out
2. Typing the PO number(s) in the "search by doc id" field (you can separate put a comma in between each PO number to search multiple at once)
3. Selecting archived from the status drop down menu; select "ALL" for the date range, and you can choose the trading partner from the drop down menu.
4. Then hit search.

Now you should see the PO(s). Now to get the PO(s) to appear in your regular inbox again, you will want to check the box in the status column, go down to select an action and choose "unarchive." This will move the PO from your archived folder to your regular inbox. You can review this link for additional help and visuals on how to located this PO. Please feel free to contact me if you have any further questions.

I just followed the instructions above and the again the results were "No Documents Available".  

Any other suggestions?

I have gone in and verified that the order is in your account and have unarchived it as well so that you can now find it by doing a general search. If you are still not finding it then you may be logging into the wrong username and we may have to chat off line to make sure that we are on the same page on that front.

I was able to search and find the order, now.  I am going to delete it because the customer sent a new order over today.  Do you know why we never received the PO and it was archived?

Hello Melissa,

It typically takes a few hours for an order to complete the data flow process and arrive into your WebForms Fulfillment account. If the order doesn't appear into your account in a few hours, then let me know and I can try to track it out.

As for the document coming into your archived folder, that I have ever seen happen. The only way for a document to end up in your archived folder is for it to either be a really old order or for it to have been manually placed there by someone. So unfortunately, I can't speak to how that order ended up there, but that is a good place to check if you are ever missing an order that you believe was once in your WebForms Fulfillment account.
