MISSING ORDER to create invoice

I am trying to create an invoice on a PO that is no longer listed in my WebForms Fullfilment it has disappeared. How can I access the PO to create an invoice for said PO?

There are a few things that could be going on here.

If the PO was in WebForms before, and now it is not in your inbox, it is possible that it has just hit the time limit set for months in mailbox for the inbox.  This happens from time to time and the document has not been deleted or archived, simply moved to another folder that is not in view.  The best practice is to search for the PO and it should come up.

If you would like to change the default setting for months in mailbox, go to preferences on the left hand side and change the field to the desired amount of time.  There is a drop down menu that gives you more option for how long to keep a document in your inbox.

If you search it and it does not come up, it may have accidentally been archived.  You will want to change the status in the drop down area to archived and search again.  If it comes up at that point, you will need to unarchive it to work with it.  To do that, select the document and then from the choose an action menu on the bottom, choose: unarchive.  Then you can change the status back to normal and search for it again.  This time it should come up and you can work with the document.

If you try these option and it still does not come up, I would suggest calling into our Support Team and they can take a look and see why the document is not coming up.
