Missing ASN 856

We are showing a missing ASN with Bass Pro , but are sure that we sent this out.
Any help?

I would recommend creating a case with out support team, this will allow an Analyst to investigate based off the details provided. I would recommend including the PO number, ASN number, dates, and any other clarifying information.
