Missing 997 Rejection Documents

Hello,

We had a bunch of invoices for Walmart on 1/3/2017 and we were supposed to receive a rejection 997 on all of these, but when looking in the ad-hoc reporting tool these invoices show up as UNACKNOWLEDGED. 

Is there a way to see if these rejection 997s are getting hung up somewhere, and is there a way for us to get notified when a rejection 997 comes back to us?

Hello Andrew,

Thank you for posting in the Support Center.

First, I would recommend confirming with Walmart that they received the invoices. They will be unable to provide a 997 if they did not receive the documents.

The only way to see if the rejection 997s are getting stuck would be for Walmart to provide us their MDN data within 7 days so we can see if our system received these and they erred. If Walmart cannot provide an MDN, that means that the 997 did not successfully leave their system, and they will need to troubleshoot. We would be happy to assist with any connection troubleshooting. 

When you receive the 997 it will show up in As Hoc Reporting, and if you sent your documents via WebForms/Fulfillment, the documents will alert as rejected.
