We have some old ASNs that our receiver says weren't transmitted. On our end they were, but I need to resend them and SPScommerce is not allowing me to do that. It says that there is a Item Minimal error. I really need to do this now so any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

The general process for re-transmitting a document would be to:
1. Place a check in the box under the status column
2. go to the select an action menu and select re-queue

If this is not working for you, I would recommend calling into our support team at 888-739-3232 as you may be experiencing an unique issue.
