Is there a way to download the CSV documents for my purchase orders without having to click on each document? I would like to check all the orders on the main screen and download the CSV files all at once.

Hi John!

Good question! We should be able to accomplish what you are looking for using the search function and then selecting all results to download as a CSV file.

On the Search screen, you can search via the criteria that you want (trading partner, date range, document type, etc.). Once you have the results, you can click Select All Results at the bottom of the screen, and then click Download Documents from the Select an Action menu. If the documents are of the same type (eg. POs from Grainger), then they will be grouped and be available for download as one CSV file (called Consolidated Document Download).

I hope that helps! Please let me know if you would like me to expand on any of that information or run through other options.

Bryan,
I did this and selected 13 documents (all PO's) to download. A window popped up showing it was downloading the 13 documents. However I cannot find the CSV file in the download folder or on the desktop. Is there someplace this is going by default that is different from the standard download folder?

Bryan,
Never mind my prior post. I didn't realize that I needed to click on the consolidated document download link to save the document. I am all set. Thanks again,
John

Perfect! You beat me to it!

Yes, as you noticed, you will need to click the Consolidated Document Download link, then your browser will prompt you to save or open the CSV file.

Is it possible to UPLOAD the details of my PO? Instead of hand keying in the webforms with the carton number, EAN and qty (among other things) I want to take the CSV or XLS exported from my WMS and load these details. This would eliminate a LOT of hours spent hand keying something we already have in electronic form.

Specifically referring to Macy's in this case.
