Obviously it is still not on the radar, being 3 years.  Not sure what the technical hurdle is for why it will not work on a Mac.  Or why it will not work in Chrome on a Mac.  Also saving a file as PS instead of the STANDARD PDF is beyond me.  Is it still on the RADAR?

I am having the same problems with SPS not functioning on my Mac. It has been a problem since day one and SPS has done very little to improve it, even though they continue to take my money every month. What a joke!

It is also a joke there is no process to automate the download of packing slips.  We go through the whole process of implementing EDI transactions, only to find out they have no way to FTP the packing slips to us.  We have to download them in bulk from their website.

Hello,

Thank you for posting on the Support Center and sharing your concerns with us.  I can assure you that these issues are not only on the radar, but also an important part of our development as we move forward with WebForms.

Feedback such as this is important and integral to our development team to understand what our customers need and are asking for as they use the product.  They are not always able to resolve the issue as quickly as we would envision, but they are able to put it into the long term plans of next generation development.

That is what they have done for Mac users, Chrome users, as well as some of the other limitations that have come up in recent years.  We are currently testing a product that is not only Mac compatible, but also works on any web browser as well as on mobile devices.  This has been in the works now for a few years and we were very excited to launch it into production for a handful of users this fall.

So far, the feedback has been very positive and if it continues to go well we are scheduling a general launch for this in 2016.  We hope to have everyone switched over as soon as possible as this will eliminate the incompatibility with Mac and mobile users as well as the issue with web browsers not supporting the java plug ins.  All java will run on our side of the functionality allowing our customers more freedom when choosing a browser.

I'm not sure about the packing slip issue, however, I will pass that feedback on to our development team so they can begin the research into this request.

I hope this update was helpful to you and gives more insight into our commitment to long-term development incorporating customer feedback.

Let us know if you have any further questions or concerns and we can make sure they are getting to the development team for review.

Thank you!

Please contact me with any updates.  I think the Packing Slips are a huge oversight.

How about giving us a refund for how awful it has been using your Webforms Fulfillment up to this point?! I cannot tell you how much of my life I have wasted because of you guys and how many orders I have had to ship late to my distributors. Your service is not inexpensive, yet it's complete garbage and I am very frustrated that I actually have to pay for this crap! And, Thomas, my analyst has been zero help with anything. He should be fired as far a I'm concerned, since he clearly is not interested in doing his job!
