Thank you for posting in the Support Center!

I have looked into this question and if an order comes in that you would like divided out by store, the best practice is to click on the "alternate store view" option at the top left hand side of the PO.

This will change the view of the PO that separates out the items by store instead of clumping them together.

In terms of manipulating the data in any other way, that is not something we would be able to do.  However, as different vendors do prefer to see their POs in different ways, we have created the alternate store view option to allow for flexibility with this.

I can resend the PO and see if that resolves the issue, however, if it comes through in the same way, it may be a unique issue that you are experiencing. 

At that point, we would need an analyst from the Support Team to take a look at it and I would recommend calling the Support Line and they can open a case and troubleshoot from there.

I have resent the document and you should see it come through shortly.

Having now spoken to your Support Center, it was an easy fix - just needed to click on the upward blue arrow on the store column which then reset everything into 'by store'
