Why don't my address look-ups work on my PO Acknowledgement?

My question is how to have the POA ship from blank when we open a POA? Currently, the POA screen opens with an address that is not a ship-from location (it's the billing address), plus, our lookups don't work because the fields are aready populated when we open the POA screen. We have multiple ship from facilities and don't want to erase and type in each time we do a POA. Thanks!

Hi Phillip! Since Grainger sends the Ship From address in the PO data, the information sources onto the form automatically. If your trading partner sends that information in the PO and you have Defaults and/or Lookups set, the information from the PO will always trump the Defaults set up.

Unfortunately, we do not have control over the data sent by Grainger. If changes need to be made with the information they are sending, I recommend contacting your buyer/performance analyst at Grainger.
