Hi I am with Cannon Safe trying to send an ASN for this order 0002635229 for Academy Sports but it keeps getting rejected please advise

Hello,

Thank you for posting in the Support Center.

I have looked into this and found that this document failed because of an invalid character entered in the Bill of Lading field.
This field is under the Shipment section on the Header tab. It appears that there are some unnecessary spaces after the BOL number.

To fix this issue, please follow these steps:

  - Go to the Sent folder or search
for the document

- Click on the orange arrow under
the ‘next steps’ column and select 'Edit for Resend'

- Remove the invalid character/s


- Check and resend the document

At that time it should send successfully.
