IN THE MIDDLE OF FILLING OUT A FORM AND I'M LOGGED OUT. NOW HAVE TO START ALL OVER AGAIN.

I apologize for the inconvenience. If there is a network change while you are logged into your account, or if someone else logs in using the same email username, you may be logged out.

If a document is taking a while to complete, I would recommend saving your progress frequently so as to not lose progress.

We have always shared one log-in across multiple branches to process orders. After all of these years all of the sudden, if someone logs into the account while someone in another branch is logged in, the person in the other branch gets logged off. Even if they are in the middle of creating an order acknowledgement or whatever. So now we have to call each other to make sure no one is logged in before we work in it. This has created more work for us. How do we resolve this issue? We either need a login for every one of our branches, or you need to allow this, like you did up until now. Please advise.
