The last ASNs sent to LLBean returned several errors from GXS.  I will need to correct these errors and resend the ASNs.  Is there a way to resend (I do not want the UCC label sequence to cause receiving issues).  How can I decipher the error codes?

Good morning Katie,

I see the erred ASNs in your sent box.  To answer your question in two parts:
  1. Yes, you are able to resend these ASNs and the UCC labels will remain the same (given you are not changing how the items are packed on the order tab).  TO do you, you will want to look in your sent folder, click the orange next-steps arrow next to the document you are looking to resend, and select "Edit for Resend."
  2. As far as the errors go, unfortunately the only message that is shown in the rejection 997 is that one segment is in error.  It does not point to which segment.  In spot checking the ASNs, I do not see anything obviously wrong.  You will want to reach out to LL Bean in order to get more information.
If their response is troubling to interpret, please let me know and I can take a look into it.

Please let me know if there is anything I can do in the meantime.

Happy Friday!

Hi Jordan,

I have the error messages sent from GXS.  I am not versed in the language.  Can I send you the errors?  I spoke with someone at LLBean who said most have to do with missing volume for the shipments.

Wonderful, that is what we are here for! :) Please email it to niservices@spscommerce.com with "Attention: Jordan" in the subject line and I will take a look.

Thank you Katie,

Hi Katie,

Received the email, appreciate it!  There was a recent update with LL Bean and a couple communications went out regarding this.  Apologies that this completely escaped my mind this morning.  It appears this is the reason for the rejections.  Below is the communication, I will respond to your email with a little more context/next steps specific to this scenario.

Attention LL Bean customers:

Please note that LL Bean will be resending Purchase Orders following the conversion update today, April 24th 2015. This includes purchase orders received prior to April 21st, 2015 that were not fulfilled. These resent purchase orders will have the same ID number, however, they will also include a leading "0".

If you have created, saved and printed shipping labels from a draft advance ship notice, these labels are now considered invalid. Please recreate all advance ship notices once you have received new purchase orders and the ASN option is available on April 27th, 2015. If you have already shipped your product with the old labels, please work directly with LL Bean to determine what your next steps will be.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding this update, please contact Webforms Fulfillment Support at the information below.

Sincerely,

Webforms Fulfillment Support

Watch for my email here shortly!
