Brand New to SPS Commerce.  I registered for 2 Webinars, each time tried to log in but no facilitator or video started??  Where do I begin to learn this system?

Typically when you sign up for a Webinar, you should receive an email for a link to go to at the scheduled time that will bring you to the video--it is not hosted directly in your account. Since your connections have just been completed, I've sent a request to our implementation team to reach out to you to assist with getting the webinars running!

Allie - Thanks for quick response.  I am using the confirmation e-mail from SPS Commerce to link into the Webinar.  Each time it links in and has a page saying wait for facilitator to log in.... no one ever comes on.  It has happened twice.  I will try again tomorrow at 3:00pm ET?
