If we have one SKU with multiple cases on 1 pallet, how do we ensure that only one label is printed for that pallet and not the number cases?
we recently completed our first Canadian Tire shipment. We had the same SKU on a pallet that consisted of 3,000 cases. when we completed the ASN and identified that there were no mixed cases on pallets, it still printed 3,000 labels. I just want to know if there is a way to print 1 label for each pallet and not the number of cases

Hi Katie! Thank you for your post! If you have one pallet with multiple cases of one SKU, you will want the 'shipped quantity' to equal the the number of cases on that pallet, and the 'quantity per carton' to equal the number of cases on that pallet as well. This will provide you with one shipping label including the number of cases on the pallet. Please let me know if you have any further questions!
