Can not print shipping labels for Big Rock - get error message: Access to the requested resource has been denied at this time. Order number 0350404 and 06. Works OK with other customers. Can someone help.

Thank you for posting in the Support Center.

If you are not able to view your shipping labels for this trading partners and it works for all your other ones, you may be experiencing an issue that is stemming from your permissions.

To view your permissions follow these steps:

1.       Log in to your WebForms account and click the SPS Commerce logo in the upper left corner.

2.       On the left side, click the option for “Company User Admin”

3.       Your username will be displayed.  Click the Edit button to the right of your username.

From there you will see a few things:
1. Your display name
2. Your list of email addresses that is receiving email notifications when you receive a new document in your WebForms account
3. The permissions that are set for each of your trading partners in WebForms

You can change these settings at anytime.  To ensure that you are able to work with the shipping labels, change the trading partner to Big Rock Sports and make sure all the setting are set to: Read/Write or just Read when applicable.

Once you have changed those to allow you to have access to the labels, you should be able to to back to your drafts folder and load up the labels with no issues.

If this does not resolve the issue, there is something else going on and we will need to take a closer look at it.  I would recommend calling our Customer Support Team at 1-888-739-3232 and we can get on a desk top share and resolve the issue.
