Hi,

We are having trouble printing shipping labels correctly. Some of the texts are displaying outside of boundary and seems to be larger than normal.  Some barcodes are also being printed outside of boundary.  We have newest Java installed, I even added exception to the Java security settings, and it's still having this problem.  Tried on two different machines, one a Windows 8 laptop (with adobe reader installed as default viewer) Another a Windows 7 desktop with newest Java installed.

Also tried on 3 different browsers (Newest version of IE, Chrome, Firefox) all printed the same.

Please help!

Thank you.

Hi Li,

Thank you for your post!  Do you mind providing me with your company name?  Also, does this happen to be with Dillards?

Thank you!

Hi Jordan,

Thank you, yes it was in fact with Dillards. We have found the solution to be a missing special condensed font used for the label that is missing.  After installing the font the issue is solved.
