Label printer issue

I've been having issues printing labels all afternoon.  For some reason, when I select my Zebra printer, it is trying to print them on the wrong size labels.  I have closed and restarted the program, turned my printer off and back on, tried printing a different label (one that I had already printed correctly) and nothing has worked.  It will print correctly on plain paper with my inkjet, but I need these on label stock. I hate to restart my computer this late in the day, so I guess I'm going to give up and try again tomorrow.

Hi Pam,

Thanks for posting! I know that printing issues can be tricky, since it can be the printer, the computer, or how things are setup on WebForms. I would verify the following things are setup:

1. Your Zebra printer is the default printer on your computer.
2. Make sure the tray of the label stock you are printing from is the default or selected tray.
3. Verify that the size of labels you are trying to print is chosen under Preferences on the left hand side of WebForms ("Label Paper Size").
4. Verify that the setting under Printing Preferences is the correct label size.

Let me know if you are still having issues, or have any questions. It may also be easiest to call in and have someone take a look at your computer via a Desktop Share and look at your printer settings.
