Hi we can't print labels for TSA or Academy we get the error that reads: (see attached)  We've disabled pop ups.  Not sure where to go from here.

Also, when trying to save labels it literally saves 0.0KB's.  No file at all.  We use Nuance PDF software and have never had a problem until today.  Please help.

Hello Marcia,

This is a good question and it sounds as through you are experiencing an error that is specific to your computer and printer set up.  There is no general answer to this as it will deal with your specific programs and computer.

We would be happy to take a look, but it would require a desk top share to troubleshoot the issue.

At times, updates to systems, firewalls, or programs can result in programs not communicating as well as they should and we would need to see the details to be able to resolve this issue.

Please call us at 1-888-739-3232 option 1 and then option 1.  At that time an analyst can take a closer look and help resolve your issue.
