Keep getting kicked out when doing the ASN

When trying to complete the 856 I get to the very end and hit 'send' but then the system freezes and kicks me out. This keeps happening even after I have updated new Java versions and have restarted my computer.

Thank you for posting in the Support Center!

I have looked in this and it is possible to have the 856 time out it is has been open for awhile.  The team also said they have seen an uptick of this in the last week and have let our technical teams know that this is occurring. 

If you don't see an improvement on this by Monday, I would call in to our Support Team so they can review the issue on a desk top share as you pack the ASN and get a good idea of the timeframe this is happening in.

They can also review the installation of java and ensure everything is functioning correctly.
