I just loaded the newest Java update. When I am looking at a file under webforms fulfillment, I want to create the POA to send the acknowledgement. When I click on that, it gives me an error saying that Internet explorer has an error and closed the tab. Then it goes back to the inbox but won't let me open the document

Hello Valerie-

Thank you for posting to the Support Center!

Typically we see this error when there are multiple versions of Java on your computer at one time. Please follow the steps below to delete those excess versions and uninstall and re-install a clean version of java.
  1. Click on the 'Home' Windows icon (typically in the lower left hand corner of your desktop)
  2. Click on Computer
  3. Click on your (C:) Drive
  4. Click Program Files (x86)
  5. Click on the Java Folder
  6. Delete all of the files in that folder
  7. Then go back into your browser and go to Java.com
  8. Download Java again
  9. Once that is done you will be prompted to verify java
  10. After it verifies then you will want to close all browser windows and re-open them then log into you WebForms account and try and load a form again
If this still issue still persists you may want to try the browser Mozilla Firefox as that is our preferred browser. If that still does not work then you are experiencing a unique issue and you will want to call in at the number below and one of our dedicated analysts will be able to assist you.
