JCP - ASN - SHIPMENT COMPLETE - NOT ALLOWING

JcPenney - ASN - Need help being able to CHOOSE "Shipment Complete" when processing. When I choose that status and click on "CHECK" it comes back with error message - need to select Split Shipment, Deleted Shipment or Last Shipment Date. Neither are acceptable when order is shipping complete!

Hello Shirley!

Thank you for your post! I had the opportunity to log into your WebForms account and take a look at the ASN in your drafts folder. I am able to replicate the error that you have encountered. I also created another ASN with multiple POs and received the same check error as you have been experiencing.

In order to more efficiently assist with this, I was wondering if you have chosen this option previously with orders to this trading partner?

Yes we have in the past... it needs to be marked as SHIPPED COMPLETE as the orders are SHIPPED COMPLETE.

I have contact info for JCP EDI Department - Bob Ossai - 972-431-5494. Because of this error - the ASN's we had sent on 10/30 we are being charged back as I had chosen last shipment date because the Shipped Complete option was not working. When its an assortment order - we can use that option but when we are shipping one item per box its not working. It states that we must choose what I had listed previously.

I apologize for the delay in response. I've been looking for a work around until we can properly escalate this issue and as of now I am unable to find one. I am escalating this issue and will send you an e-mail once I have confirmation on some answers I am looking for.
