Hello,
We have attempted to download the Java plugin in order to process orders through WebForms, but Firefox has blocked the download and will not let us proceed.  It's the Java 7 version 55.
Any help to resolve this problem would be appreciated.  Thank you very much!

Good Afternoon Diane!

Thanks for your post! At this time we recommend the following for FireFox troubleshooting:
  • Add ons/Plug ins: Firefox > Add Ons > Activate All Java Plug Ins as "Always Activate" if possible; however sometimes you'll need to "Ask to Activate"
  • Clear Java Cache: Start > Control Panel > Java > Settings... > UNcheck Keep temporary files on my computer > Delete Files... > Check as many of the three applications as you can
  • Uninstall all versions of Java then reinstall the most recent: Start > Control Panel > Programs & Features > Uninstall all Java // www.java.com and follow the prompts to download the latest
Please let me know if these are steps that are helpful to your situation!

Thank you & have a wonderful weekend!
