How do I fix the error: Java Platform SE has stopped working?

Having a problem printing packing slips. I get an error message "Java Platform SE binary has stopped working". I got a new computer this week and it did a windows update last night. Is this issue unique to my computer or is it something related to Webforms?

Hi Margaret,

Thank you for posting in Support Center! I am currently trying to replicate the error on my end, which retailer are you trying to print the packing slip for?  

Recently Java updated to Java 7u45.  Have you installed this update?  Would you mind providing me with more information so I can look into the issue further?

I haven't heard back from you yet and I wanted to make sure the issue was resolved.  Were you able to print the packing slips?
