I am having a problem with the JAVA issue again. I followed your instructions to delete the files and it is not working. Can you please advise. Since the Data Event it seems that there are issues.

I am having the same problem and it's so frustrating! Mine says "we've been busy updating your forms to get the updates please close and re-open your browser" then i click ok and it says "nothing received from the server" then I click ok and it says "unable to load document please close your browser clear your java plugin cahe and try again" I have tried all those instructions and it still isnt working! And i've been on hold with their customer care center for over 20 minutes....

Hi Stephanie and Patricia,

Well lets see if we can get this dealt with.  Are both of you using Internet Explorer?

I look forward to your reply.

Apologies.  In the instance where you are using IE the setting you will want to update is the "Check for newer version of stored pages"

It is located under Tools>Internet Options>Browsing History>Settings  The one you want to choose is "Every time I visit the webpage"

This ensures that you are getting the newest page every time instead of loading outdated pages from the browser's cache.

I am having this same issue.  I have loaded the latest version of Java, cleared the cache, and nothing seems to work.  The only thing I have noticed is when I hover over the link for Advance Ship Notice, it shows "javascript:void(null);" making me think the link is not formatted correctly.  We moved to Firefox when this started giving us issues in IE and it was working for a while and recently (last week or two) it suddenly stopped working.
