java updates Jan. 2016 - SO FRUSTRATING - WILL NOT UPDATE

JAVA UPDATES - WHAT A JOKE - SPS SUCKS WORST EDI

I have tried on every platform - every version of Explorer - Chrome and the Edge - I keep getting the message update Java.

I have updated it numerous times - Your program is full of bugs.


I HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO PROCESS ORDERS SINCE THREE WEEKS.

We've had this issue many times. I just helped one of my employees with it, and I believe that the issue is rooted in the Update message that the SPS site gives. When deleting Java completely, and then reinstalling/updating by navigating to the site first, the install occurs, but SPS continues to ask for an update. When clearing Java, and then navigating directly to the Java download page, it works. There may be some sort of code that is holding leftovers when SPS redirects you to Java.

And yes I agree, SUPER frustrating to deal with. Can't wait for SPS to hopefully drop Java next month.
