We are running windows 7 with java 8u25. The user is constantly getting a java prompt when she goes to create an ASN and I can't figure out how to add the location to the java whitelist. Is there a way to do this?

Hi Cody,

Great question!  The "do you want to run this application" message should have a "do not show this message again" check-box in the lower left.  You may receive this 2-3 times as there are multiple Java applications working together, however once selected 2-3 times, you should not receive the message again.  You can also add the below websites to the trusted websites in Java:

https://*.hosted-commerce.net
https://*.cloudfront.net

Let me know if you have any further questions!

Jordan
