Good evening Craig,

Thank you for posting!  This is very likely due to the certificate update that was made just hours ago.  While this is necessary every so often, it is most certainly inconvenient - I will be the first to acknowledge that.  Please see the details here, as you will need to clear temporary internet files.  Should this not fix it, please let me know and we can dig deeper with Java.

I expect this will be a common question over the next few days, you are not alone!

Apologies for the inconvenience, have a great night.

Jordan,

I have one user who the fix didn't work on. Anything else I need to try out?

Thanks.

Hi Mitchell,

At this point, I will take our normal Java troubleshooting steps as the above should be solved by the steps we followed.  Are they receiving  the "Please wait your form is loading" message?  If so, that is a good sign (in relation to the security message).  Do you know which internet browser is being used?

Thank you!

Jordan,

The user was  using Google Chrome, I had her use IE and it worked. I didn't know Chrome no longer supported Java.

Thanks.

Hi Mitchell,

Glad to hear they are in business.  As far as Chrome goes, enabling the NPAPI plugin is a current workaround, however that is not a permanent fix.  I would suggest sticking to IE moving forward.  Please let me know if you have any other questions, have a great day.
