Hi Shanta653,

Thank you for your post! It sounds like there might be multiple versions of Java installed on your computer.

You will want to uninstall any versions currently installed (accessible through your control panel) and then make sure all "Java" folders are removed from the program files in your computer C drive.

After you have removed all Java from your computer, you can go to Java.com and install a new version.

If you would prefer to have an Analyst from SPS walk you through the process, or connect with your computer to make the updates, please call 888-739-3232 Option 1, Option 1.

I hope this helps!

Allison

Good morning,

Sorry for the delay here - Allison has been out of the office.  Beyond the above steps, it is generally best to get on a 1-to-1 call/chat to dig deeper into Java.  I see an open case between Annett and Melanie regarding Java.  Would it be possible to coordinate for Melanie to troubleshoot with you when she connects with Annett?

Thank you!

Hello-
Can you tell how it was fixed. i downloaded firefox, because we were having issues getting our new invoices. I am now having issues trying to invoice. It keeps saying, "please wait, your forms are loading."

Thanks for your help in advance!
Linda

Hi Linda,

You may need to enable the java plugins in Firefox. When you click the invoice option from "next steps" look in the upper left corner of your browser bar. There might be a red icon that looks like a lego block. If so, click on it and "allow and remember" any java plugins that are listed there!

Let me know if that helps!
