Hello Jessy!

This seems like quite the complex issue. I will include some general troubleshooting issues below but this may be better to troubleshoot over the phone or via a desktop share.

First, I see that you are using Java 8.20, are you able to to update to the newest version to try? Loading forms on the newest version is always recommended to optimize WebForms.

Next, could you check the exception site list in the java control panel to make sure there are no SPS websites in there. To access that, follow these steps:

  1. Click the 'Start' menu on your computer, typically in the lower-left hand side of your screen. Select Select Control Panel on the right-hand side. If you see eight icons, select Programs followed by Java. If you see numerous icons, select Java. Once the Java console loads, select the Security tab. With the most recent update, you will notice that "Very High" and "High" are the two security levels.  Ensure that "high" is selected and click "Edit Site List."
  2. Remove our websites from that list if they are in there. You can remove these by choosing the 'Edit Site List...' icon. The four websites that may be in there are:

         3. Restart the browser and try again.

If this doesn't work please feel free to call in to 1-888-739-3232 and choose option 1, option 1 and one of our analysts would be glad to assist you.
