When will the Java platform be updated again. We have to open multiple windows to get to the ASN and to print lables. I have been told by the IT support group that it is an issue with SPS and there "setup" of Java. I have the latest version and IT support has gone through this many times.

Good Morning Cory,

Sorry to hear you are having issues with Java.  Java seems to update about once a month with patches and small releases.  You do not need the most recent version of java to use WebForms.  The big piece is just to make sure you only have one version of java on your computer and that you update it every couple of months.  Since we do not own the java product, I can't necessarily speak to when the updates will be but here is a list of their last few releases.

This page contains some good information in regards to uninstalling/reinstalling and places to make sure java in enabled.  We do have a few java security certificates that will pop up (usually 2 or 3).  You will have to do these the first time, but can check the option to remember your selection so you don't have to continue doing them.  Please let me know if you have any other questions. Have a great day!
