There are a few common reasons why you may be unable to view your results within the testing portal and the most effective solutions.

Fetching Data –

When you try logging into the portal, the website starts to load but doesn’t move further than the “Fetching Data” pop-up.

This is usually due to a security issue with your browser. If you are using Internet Explorer, make sure to run it in compatibility mode. If you are opening it in compatibility mode and you are still stuck on the fetching data screen, try deleting your cookies, temporary internet files, and browsing history or use another browser, such as Firefox or Google Chrome.

Forbidden 403 error –

SPS EDI Testing utilizes two testing portals, hosted at different websites. There are unique URL’s for each testing portal and using the username and password in the wrong portal causes this error. Make sure you are using the link, username, and password provided for you in the “Welcome” email and the “Testing has begun” email.

The error can also occur if you try logging into one of the portals while still logged into the other. In order to solve this issue, delete your cookies and browsing history and try logging in again. To avoid this error, make sure you log out after you are done in the testing portal, rather than closing the browser or the tab.
