Hey Dave,

Thanks for posting in the Support Center! It appears that Grainger is currently sending the Purchase Orders to the wrong ID's, which is causing them to fail in our system. Someone on our Retail Services team has e-mailed Grainger advising them to correct the ID's and resend those orders, but they haven't yet responded. I will go ahead and try to reach out to them today and will send you a follow up e-mail.
