I've uploaded items but my Retailer cannot see them on Assortment-Catalog v7

As a Retailer:
Step 1: Log into the Assortment-Catalog v7

Step 2: Click on the Catalog tab and search for the suppliers Catalog Name.

** If you are unable to locate the suppliers Catalog Name, please confirm you have received a production notice that this supplier has successfully been setup.

Step 3: Click on the Catalog Name to confirm item data is present, if not, please confirm the supplier has successfully uploaded a spreadsheet.

Step 4: Have supplier follow steps below to confirm item data is valid.

As a Supplier:
Step 1: Log into the Assortment-Catalog v7

Step 2: Click on the File Upload & Status tab.  Confirm that the File in question has a status of Completed.

** If the File has a status that is not completed, please review this Support Center article

Step 3:  If the file is completed, Click on Validation Errors to view all invalid UPCs.  Please note this will be any invalid UPC for any Trading Partner.

Step 4: In order to determine why the item is invalid, click the carrot to the left of the UPC to expand.  The expansion will provide the error and the trading partner impacted. 

Step 5:  Please correct the invalid item.  If you are unsure how to correct this item, please contact our Supplier Assortment team at 888-739-3232 option 3
