 When doing an Item Acknowledgement and the price is wrong, can we just pick the drop down box for Item Status and choose-"Item Accepted-Price change"?  Will that change the PO or do we need to call our customer to have them change it?

Good Afternoon Colleen,

That is a great question.  When you chose "Item Accepted-Price Change" and send that Acknowledgement, that indicates to your trading partner that the price is incorrect for that item.  That won't automatically update your order in WebForms as your trading partner will need to send out an update to the order with the correct pricing from your system.  In this case, I would advise sending the item acknowledgment as you indicated above and then calling the customer to be sure they send an update over for you.  Please let me know if you have any additional questions and thanks for you post!
