Item out of stock. How do I cancel and notify Target.com

In old SPS we sent notification that item was out of stock.  Order cancelled to target.  What is the new procedure to ensure target.com is notified we are cancelling the PO?

Hello,

So the procedure should be the same as the same documents are available in the new site as they were in the old. It sounds like you used to send out a purchase order acknowledgement in the old site so that would be the same process you would want to follow on the new site. To fill out one of those you should pull up the PO and on the right side it should have an option to fill out that document.

-Order Status - Acknowledgment - NEW
-Full Form Entry
-Check default item box
-Select item on order
-drop down "rejected" "out of stock" "Date"
-Send
